eMaxaction.com will make every attempt possible to ship stock items within 24 hours. We guarantee shipping within 2 business days based on product availability. We will notify you, the customer, of any items not in stock and our expected ship date within 2 business days. Currently eMaxaction offers free standard shipping to anywhere in the Continental U.S. on your order totaling $150 or more.  The free standard shipping option is available at checkout time.

At eMaxAction.com Inc. we take pride in the quality of products that we provide to our customers.  All products are warranted by our manufacturers.  If you receive any product that does not meet the manufacturers specifications listed on this site or it is defective upon receipt, simply return it to us in new condition and in original packaging and we will either replace it or refund your purchase price.  If you order a product in error and want to return it, there will be a restocking fee of 25%.

CDI Torque Products Warranty Policy

 


MECHANICAL AND ELECTRONIC TORQUE PRODUCTS FULL 12-MONTH WARRANTY

CDI TORQUE PRODUCTS WARRANTS TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF TORQUE PRODUCTS THAT THE COMPANY'S TORQUE PRODUCTS ARE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS. CDI TORQUE PRODUCTS will repair or replace torque products which fail to give satisfactory service due to defective workmanship or materials (excluding calibration) for 12 months from the date of original purchase. CDI TORQUE PRODUCTS warrants "initial, out of box calibration" of each new, unused torque product. Repair, replacement or recalibration shall be at the election and expense of CDI TORQUE PRODUCTS, and is your exclusive remedy in place of all other rights and remedies. Products must be returned with proof of purchase, freight prepaid, to a CDI TORQUE PRODUCTS repair center for warranty service.
CDI TORQUE PRODUCTS does not provide any warranty for products subjected to abnormal use. Abnormal use includes misuse, accident, modification, unreasonable use, neglect, lack of maintenance, or use after the tool is significantly worn.

 

"NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL APPLY, AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED."

TRUMPF Product Warranty Policy



 

  • TRUMPF electric and pneumatic tools are guaranteed for a period of 6 months after the date of purchase.

  • Damage caused by normal wear, excessive strain or improper use is excluded from warranty

  • Damage caused by poor workmanship or defective material shall be repaired or replaced at no charge.

  • Claims shall only be accepted if the unit is sent to a TRUMPF representative.

Nitto Kohki Product Warranty Policy

I.                    New Tool Warranty

This term refers to the “1 Year New Tool Warranty” offered on all Nitto Kohki tools.  This is a manufacturers limited warranty and will only cover parts that become defective due to defects in the manufacturing process or workmanship. This policy takes affect from the original date of purchase for all tools.  All tools considered for warranty shall be accompanied by an original proof of purchase, confirming the original date of purchase for said tools.  Warranty Service Centers are authorized to perform repair work on all tools falling under the “1 Year New Tool Warranty.”

 

Warranty will be denied on all tools that contain parts other than original Nitto Kohki replacement parts or parts that have been altered on said tools to perform tasks other than what the tool was designed for.  Tools that show signs of excessive wear, insufficient lubrication, improper cleaning, being misused or worked on by anyplace other than a Nitto Kohki Authorized Service Center or Factory Service Center will be denied for warranty service. 

 

II.         Service Warranty

If a service warranty is issued by anyone other than the Nitto Kohki Factory Service Center, it is the responsibility of that Service Center to provide service for the customer at no charge.  Nitto Kohki accepts no responsibility for inadequate workmanship performed in Service Centers that are not represented by Nitto Kohki USA.

 

III.               Warranty Considerations

All tools purchased new from Nitto Kohki or its distributors are covered under a “1 Year New Tool Warranty.”  This DOES NOT guarantee that the tools will be repaired under warranty.  The customer has the responsibility of care and proper maintenance of the tool after the sale.  Tools that show signs of negligence, abuse, misuse, or normal wear and tear items will not be considered for warranty repair.  Only parts that are proven to be defective through the manufacturing process or workmanship will be covered under warranty.  Since this is often hard to determine, a few suggestions have been listed below.

 

Tools that SHOULD BE covered under warranty:

 

1)       Tools that contain parts, that through no fault of the customer, failed under normal working conditions

2)       Tools that show signs of defects in manufacturing or material

 

Tools that SHOULD NOT BE covered under warranty:

 

1)       Tools that show signs of abuse or neglect

2)       Tools that contain foreign objects not originally equipped from the factory

3)       Tools that have been improperly maintained (ie… lack of proper lubricant, presence of excessive moisture, excessive air pressure, missing parts, or lack of adjustment)

4)       Tools that contain corrosion or dirt which inhibits proper usage

5)       Tools that have physical damage which caused premature failure

6)       Tools that have been repaired outside of Nitto Kohki’s Factory Service Center or Authorized Service Centers

7)       Tools that are used in applications other than what the tools are specified for

8)       Tools that show signs of conditions that are uncontrollable by the manufacturer are exempt from this warranty (ie…voltage spikes, voltage fluctuations, improper power supply, improper extension cords, dropping, …etc)

 

ALL PARTS REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY NEED TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE “WARRANTY SERVICE REPORT,” COMPLETED IN FULL, AND RETURNED TO NITTO KOHKI AT THE END OF EACH MONTH.  WE WILL COVER REGULAR GROUND UPS COSTS FOR THIS SHIPMENT.  REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE DETERMINED ON THE ACTUAL CAUSE OF FAILURE FOR EACH PART.  PARTS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE THROUGH NO FAULT OF THE MANUFACTURER WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.  A SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION MUST BE WRITTEN ON THE REPORT DESCRIBING THE REASON FOR COVERING ALL PARTS.  PARTS THAT HAVE NO REASON TO BE CHANGED UNDER WARRANTY WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.

 

The Service Center need not receive prior approval for repairs.  This will allow them to turn the tools around at a faster time.  It is at the discretion of the Service Center to complete the tools they believe to be under warranty.  It will be the discretion of Nitto Kohki to reimburse the parts that are actually defective under warranty.  Parts that are questionable, Nitto Kohki will contact the Service Center for better clarification as to why the parts were replaced under warranty.  The purchase date of the tool must be written on the report, and if required, we will ask to see a copy of the receipt. 

 

IV.              Warranty Reimbursement

Nitto Kohki agrees to reimburse the ASC the following items:

1)       Return shipping charges, for regular ground shipping to the customer, after warranty repair has been completed will be reimbursed.  No special shipping charges will be covered (ie…Red, Blue, Orange…etc)

2)       The labor charge of $20/hour for Air Power Tools and $30/hour for Machine or Hydraulic tools, and the maximum allotted time for each tool is attached in detail. Any excessive labor charge or labor hours other than that listed will not be reimbursed unless previously approved by Nitto Kohki.

3)       Parts purchased from Nitto Kohki and used in the repair will be reimbursed at the rate of list price less 25%.

 

All warranty claims are subject to approval by an official of Nitto Kohki, and does not guarantee that the requested reimbursement will match the actual reimbursement from the manufacturer, as explained in the above policy.  All quotations are subject to change without notice.

Texas Pneumatic Product Warranty Policy

Shortages and/or Damages
Never accept a shipment that arrives damaged until driver makes a notation on the freight bill. We must be notified promptly of any shortages / damages or the claim will not be considered.

Return Goods Authorization
Paperwork will be required. All returns should be cleared through the office / warehouse where goods were purchased. No credit will be given without proper documentation. An RGA number or name will be necessary and a 20% re-stocking charge will be charged depending on the situation. NO RETURN GOODS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN DECEMBER.

Statement of Warranty
Texas Pneumatic warrants that its products, when correctly used under normal operating conditions, will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days. Texas Pneumatic Tools makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise. Liability of damages for any cause, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, or negligence, with respect to this sale is limited to repair of the product by Texas Pneumatic Tools, or a refund of the purchase price by Texas Pneumatic Tools, at its sole election. This remedy is exclusive. In no event shall Texas Pneumatic Tools be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits.

Hougen Warranty Policy

Hougen Manufacturing, Inc. warrants its Portable Magnetic Drills, Electro-hydraulic Hole Punchers, Tornado II Paint Shaker for one (1) year and other products for (90) days from date of purchase against defects due to faulty material or workmanship and will repair or replace (at its option) without charge any items returned. This warranty is void if the item has been damaged by accident or unreasonable use, neglect, improper service, or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. No expressed warranty is given or authorized. Hougen Manufacturing, Inc. disclaims any implied warranty of Merchantability or fitness for any period beyond the expressed warranty and shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts and, if the law of such a state governs your purchase, the above exclusion and limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

This warranty is in Lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Tentryu Warranty Policy

Tenryu America, Inc. guarantees all Tenryu products against defects in material and workmanship. Tenryu America, Inc. will repair or replace any product that our inspection proves to be defective in material or workmanship.  This warranty does not cover: a) abuse; b) misuse; c) normal wear and tear; d) improper application; e) failure to mount and secure product properly; f) alterations made to the product by other than Tenryu America, Inc. or Tenryu Authorized Facilities.  Tenryu America, Inc authorizes no other warranty; written, verbal or implied.

Should you suspect a problem, call 1 (800) 951-SAWS(7297) and request a RGA form with a pre-assigned RGA#. Then send the product, freight prepaid, to Tenryu America, Inc. at 3601 Hargrave Drive, Hebron, KY 41048. The RGA form listing the complete description of the cutting application, machine being used, material description, etc. must be submitted with the product being claimed.
Tenryu will do its very best to conduct a prompt inspection and give a quick resolution to each claim request submitted properly.
